Understanding Analytics

Your Business Command Center

The Analytics Dashboard is designed to answer one question: "How is my business doing right now?"

The "Big 3" Metrics

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see three KPI cards. These are your pulse check:

  1. Today's Sales: Real-time revenue from all connected marketplaces.
    • Goal: See this number grow every day.
  2. Net Profit: Sales minus expenses (Printify costs, marketplace fees).
    • Goal: Keep your margin above 30%.
  3. Total Sales: Your all-time revenue.
    • Goal: Reach the next milestone (e.g., $10k Club).

Growth Charts

This chart shows your sales over the last 30 days. Use it to spot trends:

  • Weekends vs. Weekdays: Does your store sell more on Sundays?
  • Payday Spikes: Do sales jump on the 1st and 15th?

Leaderboards

  • Top Products: Your best-sellers. Action: Create more products like these.
  • Most Viewed: High traffic but low sales? Action: Lower the price or improve the main image.

Marketplaces Breakdown

See exactly where your money comes from.

  • Etsy: Often higher volume, lower margin.
  • Amazon: Higher volume, strict rules.
  • Walmart: Emerging opportunity.

Tip: If one marketplace is dominating, consider running a sale on the others to balance your revenue streams.
