Your Business Command Center
The Analytics Dashboard is designed to answer one question: "How is my business doing right now?"
The "Big 3" Metrics
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see three KPI cards. These are your pulse check:
- Today's Sales: Real-time revenue from all connected marketplaces.
- Goal: See this number grow every day.
- Net Profit: Sales minus expenses (Printify costs, marketplace fees).
- Goal: Keep your margin above 30%.
- Total Sales: Your all-time revenue.
- Goal: Reach the next milestone (e.g., $10k Club).
Growth Charts
Revenue Trends
This chart shows your sales over the last 30 days. Use it to spot trends:
- Weekends vs. Weekdays: Does your store sell more on Sundays?
- Payday Spikes: Do sales jump on the 1st and 15th?
Leaderboards
- Top Products: Your best-sellers. Action: Create more products like these.
- Most Viewed: High traffic but low sales? Action: Lower the price or improve the main image.
Marketplaces Breakdown
See exactly where your money comes from.
- Etsy: Often higher volume, lower margin.
- Amazon: Higher volume, strict rules.
- Walmart: Emerging opportunity.
Tip: If one marketplace is dominating, consider running a sale on the others to balance your revenue streams.
