1. Connecting eBay & Etsy
These platforms use a simple "Direct Login" flow.
- Navigate to Integrations.
- Click "Connect" on the eBay/Etsy card.
- Log in to your account in the pop-up window.
- Approve permissions.
2. Connecting Amazon
Amazon requires a Professional Seller account ($39.99/mo).
- Click "Connect" on the Amazon card.
- Log in to Seller Central.
- Choose your primary marketplace (e.g., North America).
- Authorize the "Creatimatic App".
3. Connecting Walmart
Walmart uses API Keys instead of a login window.
- Log in to the Walmart Developer Portal.
- Generate a new API Key for "Creatimatic".
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
- Paste them into the Creatimatic "Connect Walmart" form.
Note: Walmart approval can take weeks. Ensure you are approved to sell before trying to connect.
Troubleshooting
- "Brand Registry Required" (Amazon): You cannot create new ASINs without Brand Registry or a GTIN exemption.
- "Invalid UPC" (eBay/Walmart): All products must have valid UPC/EAN codes.
