Connect Your Canva Account

Creatimatic integrates directly with Canva, allowing you to import your designs at high resolution without downloading and re-uploading files.

Steps to Connect

1. Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations.
2. Click "Connect" on the Canva card.
3. Authorize Creatimatic in the Canva popup.
4. Once connected, you'll see a "Import from Canva" button in your Image Library and Listing Creator.

How it Works

1. View Your Designs

You can browse your entire Canva library within Creatimatic.

• Folders: Navigate your existing Canva folders.
• Search: Find designs by name.

2. High-Res Import

When you select a design, Creatimatic imports it specifically for Print-on-Demand:

• Resolution: Automatically selects the highest quality (up to 25MB).
• Transparency: Preserves transparent backgrounds for perfect printing.

3. Automatic Syncing

If you edit a design in Canva (e.g., fix a typo), simply click "Re-sync" in Creatimatic.

• The image is updated in your library.
• (Optional) You can automatically update all live listings using that image.

Troubleshooting

• "Design too small": Ensure your Canva canvas serves print requirements (standard T-shirt size is 4500 x 5400 px).
• "Background not transparent": You need a Canva Pro account to export with transparent backgrounds.
