Step-by-Step Connection Guide

1. Requirements

Before you start, ensure you have:

  • An active Printify account.
  • At least one "Shop" created within your Printify dashboard.

2. Initiation

  1. Log in to your Creatimatic dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar.
  3. Locate the Printify card.
  4. Click the "Connect" button.

  3. Click "Authorize" to grant access.

4. Verification

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Connection Failed / Authorization Expired

If you see an error message or your connection status is "Disconnected":

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Click "Manage" on the Printify card.
  3. Select "Disconnect Account".
  4. Wait 1 minute, then click "Connect" again to refresh your authorization.

Orders Not Syncing

If marketplace orders aren't appearing in Printify:

  1. Ensure the product listing in Creatimatic is linked to the correct Printify product.
  2. Check that your payment method in Printify is valid.
  3. Verify the shipping address on the order is complete.

Best Practices

  • Product Naming: Use consistent names between Creatimatic and Printify to avoid confusion.
  • Pricing: Remember that Printify charges you a base cost for production. Set your retail prices high enough to cover this cost plus marketplace fees.
  • Shipping Profiles: Configure your shipping profiles in Printify first, then import them to Creatimatic.
