Troubleshooting Common Issues
Connection Failed / Authorization Expired
If you see an error message or your connection status is "Disconnected":
- Go to Integrations.
- Click "Manage" on the Printify card.
- Select "Disconnect Account".
- Wait 1 minute, then click "Connect" again to refresh your authorization.
Orders Not Syncing
If marketplace orders aren't appearing in Printify:
- Ensure the product listing in Creatimatic is linked to the correct Printify product.
- Check that your payment method in Printify is valid.
- Verify the shipping address on the order is complete.
Best Practices
- Product Naming: Use consistent names between Creatimatic and Printify to avoid confusion.
- Pricing: Remember that Printify charges you a base cost for production. Set your retail prices high enough to cover this cost plus marketplace fees.
- Shipping Profiles: Configure your shipping profiles in Printify first, then import them to Creatimatic.
