Getting Started with Creatimatic

Welcome to Creatimatic

Creatimatic is your command center for print-on-demand selling. It connects your product designs to print providers (like Printify) and distributes them to marketplaces (like Etsy, Amazon, and eBay), handling the technical synchronization so you can focus on your creative work.

This guide will help you set up your account and get ready to make your first sale.

The "Zero-to-One" Checklist

Follow these steps to launch your business:

  1. Create your account
  2. Connect a Print Provider (Who makes the product)
  3. Connect a Marketplace (Where you sell the product)
  4. Create your first listing

Step 1: Account Setup

When you first log in, you'll see the Onboarding Wizard. This is a guided experience designed to help you set up your store based on your goals.

For most new sellers, we recommend selecting "Product Creation" as your primary goal. This optimizes your dashboard for designing and listing products quickly.

Step 2: Connect a Print Provider

You need a partner to print and ship your products. We recommend Printify for beginners due to their wide product selection.

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations.
  2. Find the Printify card and click "Connect".
  3. You'll be redirected to Printify to log in and authorize Creatimatic.
  4. Once connected, your Printify account status will show as "Active".

Tip: If you don't have a Printify account yet, create one for free at printify.com before connecting.

Step 3: Connect a Marketplace

Now you need a place to sell. Etsy is a great starting point for creative sellers.

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations.
  2. Find the Etsy card and click "Connect".
  3. Authorize Creatimatic to access your Etsy shop.
  4. Once connected, you can start publishing listings directly to Etsy.

Step 4: Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is your command center. Here's what you'll see:

  • Active Integrations: Access your connected accounts (Printify, Etsy).
  • Quick Actions: "Create New Product", "Check Orders".
  • Getting Started Checklist: Track your progress from setup to first sale.
